I have the motherboard from the second combo and it installed very nicely. No graphics on board though. Just an FYI since I didn't realize that until I was having graphics card installation issues...

Those two are really close. Do you like blue or red better? :P
I'd probably go with the first set you linked just because its newer tech with the SATA6.

Also theres a SLI and CrossFire penalty which I don't like, Yes Dual card will be faster than 1 card but you never get exactly double the performance over 1 card. But still go for 2 cards if you can....
