perhaps you could simply convert the signal to a data broadcast over your IP network...using a pc to capture the signal from the camera...think like a webcast if you will...

I don't think you can diplex composite video over coax with the Sat signal. The video isn't a "frequency" that can be split in and out. It's just a ton of bandwidth.
