I use this HP 2310m for gaming. It has been the best monitor I've ever got. I've even hooked up my PS3 because there is an hdmi w/ external speakers.

I looked at that monitor, a lot of the reviews say the colors are off and it looks blue, so did the one I saw it at Fry's and 25.5" 1980x1200 is too big for me I think

If you want accurate colors, you're not gonna be getting a "Gaming" monitor. Accurate LCD colors involve IPS/MVA panels "gaming" monitors are usually TN panels because of their low refresh rate....

I love my 24 inch Acer, mainly because it scales well to lower resolutions, so when my 9600GSO plays Crysis I can turn down the resolution and it looks good.
