This is a terrific price for a name brand 55" LED (edgelit) LCD. The title should say "B&M only" though. Plus, if the 'rebate" is limited to store merchandise, then the price truly isn't $867.

It's edge lit, not backlit.
Cons from PCMag review 3 out of 5 stars:
Uneven backlighting. Poor screen uniformity. Thicker than competing LED edge-lit models.

$200 is a merchandise credit vs cash. But not a big deal for many. I ended up going w sanmsung 8000 bundle yesterday but thought this tv looked good in local store. Tax adds around $100.

Update, Menards Also has an additional 11% Rebate for anything purchased between Jan 1 - 8th, and that is on top of the $200 rebate on the TV. That bumps the price down to $867.11
