Sorry, but this is WRONG. There is a monthly fee of $3.95 per month that is waived only until Oct 2011. There is also a ATM useage fee of $1.50 in addition to the ATM owners fees.

What does the mailer say about the monthly fee? I only passed (no pun intended) on these cards because of: I don't want to lose half the card's stinking value if it sits idle for a few months.
