Did you look at the cases I posted? There isn't much out there with usb 3.0 front panel ports yet. It's still too new.

lol, yeah. If you can do without I'd recommend the Cooler Master Storm Sniper I like my Antec 900 a bit better for the build quality, but the storm sniper meets more of your requirements.
