Seriously? Sounds like a scam to me.
iPad retail for $499 above, I don't think anyone can sell it for $19.99.
Although I'd LOVE to get an iPad for 19.99 :)

Correct....my wife uses it on the kitchen cabinet for recipes as well as watching her shows
I use it in the bathroom to watch cnbc on etrade while i'm getting ready for work.
