You CANNOT with any version of Win7, upgrade from 32 bit to 64 bit. Period. Live with the version you have or do a fresh install of 64bit...those are your choices....so sez Micro$oft

I tried to upgrade to Win 7 Ultimate 64bit but it said the disc is not compatible. I don't want to format the drive and install a fresh Windows on it because there are too much stuffs in there and...
