At 270 or 280W max, you'll be really pushing those crappy OEM power supplies. Personally I wouldn't put more than 70% load on those power supplies. You should look into getting a decent power supply...

There were some issues with Punkbuster and Win7 and BF2. Search in the EA support forums for Windows 7 and you will see the fix. support.ea.com. Item 380 is the one I had looked at.

If you could spend ~200 I'd say look at getting on ~500W PSU and a GTX 460 (768mb will do fine), which is definitely doable.
Of the two above I'd go with the 4850 combo.
