Universal means it is designed for both iPhone/iPod Touch and iPad. I'm not a fan of Harry Potter but love LEGO games and really enjoyed the little I've played so far.

What was the normal price? Considering the only games on my iPod touch that I've paid for are the Angry Birds set (at a whopping $0.99 each) it's tough to tell how slick of a deal this really is...
