agreed, both are startup cameras. I have compared pics from t2i with d3100 and t2i is lot better. and you know 5D is much more higher end than t2i. 5D's are used for movies, so you can't compare with...

nope. there are many examples of comparisons of lenses shot of the same subject online which clearly show that the better lenses are more clearer (better optics) and have better bokeh with everything...

Not sure what you mean by that side by side the cameras are nearly identical in picture quality the T2i has the up on better video but thats about it. Both are great starter cameras down to brand...
