agreed. especially the "rear trigger adjustable 7 pattern turrent nozzle"... that big shiny silver piece where the h20 comes out is friggin plastic!!! was really disappointed but was only out a few...

Not in my experience. I have had no issues with any of the three after two years of use. If there is an issue, simply take it in for a free replacement.
