Another good used book site is which is similar to http://www.paperbackswap.com is at http://www.titletrader.com. They have a point system and also swap for dvds and cds.

That SUCKS ($60 fee) but at the same time, it's awesome that they are going to a .pdf format that you can look at online or (hopefully download).

I recommend alibris as well, especially for medical texts (for med students, residents, etc)
