2 and 3 aren't really anything additional, since Insider and the mag on iPad are included with a subscription to the print mag. But can't beat a buck for a year.

To be fair, most of us have the subscription as it gives us ESPN inside on their website. I rarely read the magazine but use the online part a couple times a week for college sports or latest news.

I got ESPN for four years @ 12 total. 2-3 a year is common for ESPN via discountmags, tanga, etc.
So this is a decent deal if you are extending your subscription.
