Use the correct rebate form. Newegg has a http://www.newegg.com/Special/Rebate.aspx?name=Rebate-Center where the rebate form should be able to be found. If not there, ask for help in the original...

Hm... I have heard of some rebate companies being lenient and allowing a day or two after the postmarked date. I have never experienced it but I have heard some will allow it.
