It can easily be overclocked to at least 749mhz, and will run Android 2.3 gingerbread. If you can use a new customer newegg code and/or a cashback deal... this is slick.

Yes. You will even get 3g. However this phone is somewhat outdated, and IS STUCK on Android 2.1 Not trying to crap on the OP thread, just though you should know.

You can UNOFFICIALLY update past Android 2.1 although Sony doesn't support it. http://www.xda-developers.com/android/cm7-gingerbread-available-for-the-sony-xperia-x8/
