I would also be just as concerned about this as anything else. Along with fixing the dispute it's equally important to find the source problem so that it doesn't happen again.

Paypal doesn't issue you a line of credit so I don't think they can do anything with respect to lowering your credit score. It's not like you defaulted on your payments or something. And verifying...
