you can return the phone with in 90 days that is Costco return policy. You'll have get a new phone with the promotion price that is running at that time I believe. Verizon return policy is 14 days...

If you got one at a discount through Wirefly, it would put you in a contract with Verizon, so you'd end up paying full retail price for the Bionic. Not sure if selling the phone and keeping the line...
