I recommend upgrading the CPU and memory if you have to replace the mobo. I bet your system is getting slow anyway.

I have to disagree about it being a low-end PSU, any 80plus PSU with 80% total watts in 12v amps really isn't that low-end, this is more of a budget class for average folks that dosn't require more...
