If you want cheap, look for old EOS film cameras. They go for like $10-$40. Being EOS they will be EF mount, the lenses will work just fine on the 60D which is also EF.

$850 is a good price for the 60D -- it's a fabulous shooter.
As for the lenses, go body only and choose the lens you really want/need -- don't just get a lens because it's a 'deal'.
