Wow, the score I get on this is 100 points lower than my FICO score. It is showing 2 derogatory items when I have none reported at any of the other agencies. What the heck?

You'll be fine. Also, when applying, loan credit inquiries made within a 2 week window will be counted as a single inquiry, so it definitely shop around.
