Just bought one of the 20% off Anthropologie gift cards for the wife. She loves that store. Hope it works out, otherwise it will just be a chargeback on the cc. So, no harm in trying it out....

Will do! I just hope it works either way. The resulting embarrassment from getting a rejection from the store on the use of the gc is not what I'm hoping for.

Anthropologie gift card is actually a merchandise credit, good for in-store only. There's no online use code or number on the back of the merchandise credit. But, the credit is good for the amount...

After doing some research online, if BM files for bankruptcy shortly after you purchase the cards, you won't be too happy with your options. You can file a claim, but, even then, it'll go to the back...
