It's not a charging station, and it won't hide all the cords, but you can use one plug for 4 devices with a 4USB travel charger.

The sell point isn't how much you are saving in electricity, it's an included feature. The sell point is charging 4 devices at ones via USB, and not having the tangle of cords.

I agree with him, it's a stupid step that you most certain forget to do at least once in a while. Waking up in the morning finding a dead phone on the charger would be incredibly frustrating.
