i got a simillar offer but my code was 5e and it is for spend $2,000 get 5,000 points. i tired the other codes first but they didnt work so the 5e code may work if the other two failed.

Do like I do sometimes. I will go out and buy a few money orders at the post office and deposit them in the bank and after a week or so just pay it back off with the money that you got off the card....
