The coupon is not good in all states... NY is one of the states not eligible... You can order and try to do a chat or send an e-mail to Amazon complaining. I've had about 75% success getting them to...

I don't get it. There is no cents sign on keyboard so isn't assumption 0.16 meaning 16 cents a diaper. I always thought that was how you type it.

OP needs to change title. It is 16 cents per diaper, not 0.16 cents. I am new to buying diapers and thought this was going to yield too many diapers to store. :scratchh:
