It wouldnt be called unlimited play then imo. I'm sure its not going to be anything remotely new. Probably only original games with newer sequels to get you into the series.

i can't imagine any major game studio would license their games to Gamefly if they don't have DRM on it.

I'm sure it will use some kind of check in process to make sure the license is still valid and your subscription is still current. Doubt there is anything worse than what publishers seem to be...

Sounds like gamefly is going to be introducing a PC client. Wonder what their game selection will be? It's meant to add news and information to your PC along with allowing unlimited downloads...
