No not really. 5 Hour has craploads of B6/B12 and this has 133%. I'd say 5 hour is placebo anyways though. Edit: It also doesn't appear to have any of the 'energy blend' stuff that 5 Hour does....

The orange is pretty decent if you get it cold enough and shake it up. Don't let it settle it gets funky. I don't know that I have ever "felt" the energy boost though, but maybe that's a good...

Thanks! I like the taste of the Orange actually. It does taste a little like the liquid multi-vitamin syrups. I try to stay away from artificial sweeteners.
