Here here. What's sad is I dropped Citibank like a bad habit after they limited cash back to $300 a year. So I jumped ship to Discover which has no limit on the amount of cash back they give you....

Because the typical cashback for a normal purchase Discover is 1%. It's actually 0.25% on the first $3000 in purchases for the year, then it jumps to 1%. Hence why 2% is "double". The 5% cashback...

Most of you guys have the Send Money option with $500 limit. Just send it to your paypal and get the $10 and be done with it. Later move paypal to your bank and pay it off... Its very easy to spend...
