Thanks, that would be greatly appreciated. Plus, if AMEX denies the $25 Gift Card (which they have in the past) with the Pass Cards, people could use the scan as leverage.

I just called AMEX Prepaid, they said there is no hard pull on your credit, the social security # is required to issue the card as part of the Patriot Act, to verify that you are who you say you are....

No bank account needed if you don't load money into the card. Does the deal only apply if you put money in it? That would change things...

I think you have to laod the card within 45 days the day you order the card... load means with some money not with 0$
