Yes they do. What you posted is saying you can't add funds to your own account using a CC. What you can do is transfer funds to someone else funded by a CC. 1000 a month.

Good LUCK! Personal loans are risky. There's no security. Unless you have a VERY good and long credit history with a credit union or bank, you aren't likely to get one. Ask for one using your account...
