I would suggest going to a lawyer specializing in family matters and setting up a trust and a will. It cost us about $750 to do, I feel much better then if I just went on Legalzoom and did it.

Well there is a vast difference in pricing here - willmaker is like $30 and a lawyer will probably be 20 times that.

Why don't you google Wills in your state - and see what issues arise when people try to do this on their own - and you might come across information that will lead you to seek out a real lawyer...
