Just call them up and ask them to deposit the money into your account. I just did this last month.

They could only transfer $5000 at one time. It was to my Wells Fargo account and it was under an offer for a balance transfer with a 1% fee.

I have amex and citi, and they have recently offered me 0% APR on balance transfers for 12 months, so be sure to ask for that. You'll still have to pay the upfront 3% transaction fee, but at least...

I have a BoA card, with 4.99% APR and 0 BT fee. It allows direct deposit.
Can I do BT first on the BoA card to a bank account, and then do BT from chase card to this BoA card? I may need to pay...

They will charge a fee for using their checks (their balance transfer checks) I don't know what the fee is because I never even bother with them but it is probably 3% up to $75 or something like that.
