Call at a different time. hope it goes to the India call center, they are usually more flexible in applying the codes.

Forgot to add - Try calling around 8 am in the morning, it usually goes to India. They might give you grief about Price match though, not the same model blah blah. Just be firm its the same model....

How are you proving the price match on the phone? Their site basically says they only PM in-store merchandise...unless I missed something. Is the online 30% coupon the same code for online orders. ...

Not really, I bought 2 dysons last week and got the 30%. If the first CSR does not give it to you, call again. I had to call twice both times but they did it. Just make sure to tell them to remove...

Although remember it will be $99 after taking into account $20 Kohls cash, $20 Bissell rebate and if you have a Kohls charge card and can get the CSR to apply the 30% off instead of 15%.
