No you're still wrong. The other guy was right. All LED backlit monitors also use TFT (thin film matrix). There is no LCD monitor that DOESN'T use TFT. You're misinformed about the properties...

Wrong. The difference between this and the other is the backlight. This one uses LED as backlight, while other "non-LED" ones use flourescent bulbs. Both are technically LCDs. LED typically use less...

well...BenQ is LED backlit that's true. It is the newer and better tech compared to TFT. LED backlit monitors on market are just more exensive in general more than TFT

it gets harder and harder to find 1920X1200. It is because the panel makers such as Samsung or AUP (BenQ's sister company; world number 2 panel factory) find it more cost effective to cut panels 16:9

I think everyone (or most people) knows if it says LCD monitor, it means it has CCFL inside, and if it says LED, there's LED inside. So what I'm trying to say is blame the industry and advertisements...

Maybe it's a typo on the warranty. They have two more monitors which specifically state refurbished and warranty on these is 90 days.

LED monitors are TFT also. TFT LCD is the display technology. LED and CCFL refer to the backlighting technology.
