Back in April this deal was $20.43, so while $23.51 isn't bad, it's not as good as it used to be. Inflation I guess (even though the Fed always says inflation is relatively tame).

past weekend i bought 30 double rolls from Randalls for 11, but you have to buy 2 pack so 60 double rolls for 22, used a 0.5 coupon (doubled to $1) so 60 rolls for 21 dollars.
