dont forget $200 fee if you change your plan OR UPGRADE OR DOWNGRADE YOUR PLAN. if you cancel, there is additional $200 ETF on top of TMO's $200 ETF. THIS IS WHY THESE THIRD PARTIES HAVE LOWER PRICE.
