It looks like the "voucher" is to redeem on urlhasbeenblocked. I went through urlhasbeenblocked->my deals->claim it and it asked me for a shipping address for the gift card.

I haven't received mine yet, and it's a waste of time to deal with them for $5. I bet there are 50% or maybe more did receive the card, and that's how the company give the card for the rest at 50%...

Actually I was more worried I got the $10 credit instead of the $10 gift card. I see no history that I ordered a giftcard through them, not an email. I do have a $5 charge on my credit card though.
