the 32" version for $399 is standard price...can be had anytime or day for that price i dont think the 40" for $599 is so hot, if anything the ad saying it was for $799 was the wrong part can...

Nope just business as usual, only thing that would make it a stand out is if it was a google tv, but even then 599.00 is no bargain. I also have to agree that LED is a scam, I like the effect it has...

LED display has to be the biggest scam in the history of electronics. A 40" 60hz tv for 599 is not a price mistake.

Most LCD or LED-LCD are plastic, therefore I do not believe it to be glass, Plasma's on the other hand are usually glass and fare better against scratches, another plus for Plasma's, the down side...
