If it's been three months, repeatedly call the rebate number until you get through. That's your only chance of getting the rebate.

The bigger the fan, the more air the can move. But the bigger the hole you have to cut in whatever you're mounting it in. Since all the sizes are free, I'd go with the 200 if those are the biggest.
