Thanks for the headsup. I just checked chase.com, and LOVE the new layout. So much better compared to the old one! I do agree that the way Amex has it setup is sweet!

Ohhhhhh...Yeah, that looks WAY better. Classic view was probably the clunkiest interface ever. Now I agree that AMEX is better than Chase, haha.

I have/had the same card. There should be a button in the upper right that says either "Switch to beta view" or "switch to Classic view". Beta is nicer in my opinion and the interface looks...

I like the way it was before so much better. And I don't care for the Amex site at all. Chase was my favorite out of all of them.

Just a few minutes ago online statement viewing was unavailable. Person2Person payment info was unavailable. Yesterday credit card info was unavailable. Not a very impressive rollout imho.

American Express has one of the most appealing layouts imo. Best layout I've ever seen. The new Chase looks better than the old one definitely..but still not as awesome as Amex's new design. ...

I don't like it either. I agree that the fonts are too big. The old website was fine. Why fix something that wasn't broken?

at least i am not the only one that agrees that chase messed up on this one! ... lol. even classic view wasn't too bad you just had to navigate a little bit more to get what you want.

hmm apparently the new chase.com doesn't render nicely in IE9 but it looks better in FF/Chrome. STILL a huge bank like chase should have some decent cross compatibility between browsers! how...
