I have the 42in LED one from Wal-Mart. Despite being advertised as 120hz, it isn't. There is some noticeable ghosting on fast moving objects. Other than that picture quality is great.

Bought the 32" last year. Biggest problem I have is that there is no code for the Dish Network remotes, so I have to use two remotes. Not a deal breaker, but kind of annoying.

I believe this TV uses some code for RCA TVs if I remember right. Either way, there is a code out there that will work. Try using google if the RCA's don't work for you.
