Totally agree, I use my (Energizer) rechargable for at least 1 hour a day from cycling, the battery counter is always full. Its been weeks since I had my last recharge.

I've never had good luck with store brand batteries. Shoprite had Rayovac 12pk. of AA/AAA a couple of weeks back (along with 4pk C/D) for $1.99. With the $1/1 coupons out in the inserts and online...

I hate crap batteries. Not worth $7 for even 40 of these pieces of crap. Rechargeable or at least duracell/energizer is the way to go.
