Spirit sucks big time... Lousy service and they nickle and dime you to death on everything they can possible dream of... including charging you MORE for carry-on luggage than checked bags... so...

Spirit Air...gotta love it. Last flight it cost us more to take our luggage than our children. You can lol if you want (I do everytime I think about it), but that is a true story.

just jumping in to defend spirit - i fly with them often and only when they have silly low airfares - i just got back from vegas $99 r/t including taxes from ord and next week going to ft lauderdale...

I agree it's a crappy airline but what do you expect from fares so cheap? I went from NYC to Mrytle Beach for $1 round trip. I took 3 other people with me. Can't beat that.
