I combined this with a filler item to bring it to $50, -10 with "NEWCUSTOMER10" and -20 with the 40 for 20 and I paid $20 for this :) plus I think $4 in tax.

I demo-ed this at Best Buy - I can't believe they sell it for $99.
For $45 its not bad.
But it barely holds the ipad in place.

I was actually looking for this but then ran into the ZaggFolio which I kind of like better after watching reviews on both. The problem with the logitech one by Zagg is there is no cover for the back...
