I didn't really, you have to be nice to them. It really depends who you talk to, some of those reps are not going to give you any kind of deal. I had to call several times to get SGS2 for free....

ughh seems as though its a refurb. You can call to t-mobile and complain to see if they will give you credit. Call loyalty department and they might just do it.
