I agree with the RAM upgrade... actually probably goes for any netbook selling with 1GB RAM. Found this video with an SSD upgrade. Looks pretty smooth to me...

According to the lenovo forums, the touch screen is 2 point. Yeah, the description isn't the best. It does say the processor is the N450 though.
