I have this card. Pretty sure you have to pay $27 per person to use the lounges. Though I've gotten 2 free passes the last two years.

This actually sounds like a good deal for free lounge access. Normally takes delta reserve or Amex plat for that. But you do get a business class companion ticket with the other two..
