Also I guess there is a way to do "factory reset" by typing "R-E-S-E-T" into user name, but that does me no good since I can not touch-screen in controlled areas... Ugh...

I did.. nothing there mentions my problem.. Heck, I may have been the first and only to have this issue..
I ended up exchanging it for another one... that one seems to work fine..eats batteries...

Downloaded their Learning Lodge Navigator... It automaticall goes to "Update" my InnoTab.. and fails..
3 hours later and still can't get their damn thing to work..
