I did the Zillow route and used a guy that was highly reviewed and recommended. Only problem was it took like 4 months to refi and he no longer honored my rate. Had to pay for 2 appraisals as well...

Go for a 15 year and you can get near 3% rate. Payments will be about what they are now and interest paid will drop like a rock
