The rebate process seems convoluted, but eventually got it done. I'd be very careful to follow all the rules or you might have to fight for it.

I guess I got one of the duds mine will only read 9.82 sequential and 5.62 writing sequential... Spend a little more and get a Sandisk if the speed matters that much but I have not seen any problems...

no, using it in a Nikon D3000 and trying to take pictures of a 2 year old running around and it's not fast enough... a class 4 with a class 10 label isn't as fast as an actual class 10
